Saturday’s Pisces new moon (2;21 am pacific) will bring some needed respite, good vibes, and opportunities to make peace where there has been discord. And If you have been hoping for creative inspiration or out-of-the box solutions, this is also a good time for helpful hunches and intuitive nudges-in-the-right-direction.

After the heavy, fixed energy of last month’s Aquarius stellium, along with some tough aspects, this new moon comes in on a welcome breeze. New moons are normally a time of harmony and renewal, as the sun and moon are in agreement. And on this new moon, Neptune and Venus are cozied-up as well, which bodes well for love and partnerships. On the other side of the coin, beware of the too-good-to-be-true suitor or business proposition, as Neptune also traffics in illusions.

Saturn and Mars are in trine, which has work going a bit more smoothly now, with more friendly cooperation and synergy in the workplace and more agreement between boss and employee.

Oh yeah, and no planets are retrograde now, so you can now achieve forward momentum on projects that have been stalled, and this adds greatly to the green-light factor that this new moon brings.

And next week , the astrological new year begins with the vernal equinox on March 20 as the sun moves into Aries, in case you needed another new beginning. This is the time to take stock of what you have achieved in the past 6 months, celebrate your successes, and plot your course for the next 6 months.

However, nothing is perfect in astrology, so these projections come with a caveat. Remember when I spoke of the great conjunction at the winter solstice, and then the great Aquarius stellium of 2021, which happened on February 11? Somewhere between or around these two dates, you (and everyone else) received an invitation to up-level. I have been talking about this for some time. The Universe told you something. Perhaps you got some clear direction, or perhaps your marching orders came through a hard knock of sorts. If you are reading this, you probably have a good idea of what it is. (If you don’t, a quick look at your chart should clarify things.) And hopefully, you’ve had a meaningful shift, and have begun to live, work and/or relate in a new way. If this is the case, you are on track. And you’re doing your part to usher us into the Age of Aquarius. Keep moving in that direction, and keep heeding your guidance, of which you will receive even more now, under this groovy Pisces moon.

And there is one challenging transit, which is arguably the biggest transit of 2021. We are still under the influence of Saturn square Uranus, which can bring all manner of disruption and upset. The best way to deal with this is to know what triggers you, and be ready to deal with it in a new way when it arises. Also, having safeguards in place, and general preparedness will stand you in good stead to deal with this. Put safety first and don’t rush or be too anxious to do a thing a particular way. Flexibility and a sense of humor will help here, too.

Okay, all the disclaimers and cautions out of the way, this should be a great new moon, the kind of new moon that all new moons aspire to be. Thanks to lucky, creative Pisces, the sign of unconditional love. It’s okay to daydream a bit, but use those daydreams to then set powerful intentions. It seems an appropriate time to share one of my favorite quotes, by Henry David Thoreau.

“If you have built your castles in the air, your work need not be lost. Now put foundations underneath them.”

As always, if you would like to see where these transits fall in your chart, and how you can make the most of them, let’s talk.

New Moon Blessings,

Jackleen
